I make a lot of gold as an herbalist. I just run around places like the Swamp of Sorrows and gather up tons of herbs in no time at all.

I would go with Mining, and Enchanting. I’m a lvl 60 atm and i make 100-300g a day from disenchanting greens i get from drops, including the occassional 20-40 thorium bars, which on my server sell for 30g a stack lol.

i make about 800gold a week by disenchanting everything i can and selling the mats. with that if it dosnt sell in the AH u dont lose money and can repost it with everything else theres a posting fee.

You need to farm. Mining is very good after you get your experience up and so is enchanting mainly because of the disenchanting. Leather is good but not as good as mining. Do you have alts? If so go and level up your mining. If you send me an email I have some guides on leveling everything up so that you can have it maxed out. The places where everything spawns etc. etc. my email is kennymys3@yahoo.com if you are interested. I make around 1000 gold a day. I can also give you some tips on how to make gold quick and easy without farming but I don’t want to share it with everyone on the internet.

There are many ways to make money in the world of warcraft, Ive always found that taking 2 gathering professions was especially helpful. I’m sorry I can’t be of much help but i suggest not buying gold as it is the fastest, however you are already paying 15 a month for this game…there is no reason to spend more of your hard earned cash on it. My sources have a few links I think you and anyone who is in your position should check out.
Rather than spending money over and over again to buy gold, I suggest you spend money once and learn how to make the gold yourself. “If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day, If you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime”.

As always, don’t even enter any wow gold selling site as several of them already have been reported to have key loggers. Grinding profession like skinning, mining and herbalism can be nice to use when you are leveling up, but at level 80 you would need an epic flying mount (except for skinning) to really get the full use of the profession. If you want to make gold without having to farm for it or pay for it I would highly recommend the auction house. First of all you need the addon Auctioneer: http://auctioneeraddon.com/ and go watch some videos of http://www.youtube.com/user/xirkin You can combine your profession well with the auction house or you can just buy and sell the same thing for higher prices. Another tip is to read trough PTR Patch note when they are getting released, typically on http://worldofraids.com/ I have earned hundred thousands of gold on the auction house since the expansion starts. You can earn gold on pretty much all the crafting profession but also on just buying and selling stuff. Low level (under lvl 60) BoE epic is a nice tip, just do regular scan on AH with your Auctioneer addon (takes around 1 min if there is around 20k items on auction house) for 2 weeks and you will know what prices items normally goes for. Another tip is to always have some extra gold lying around in case you see something cheap, like a full stack of Abyss Crystal that is cheap.
