@Msdimwitted And those 90% were then genetically mutated by fel magic. Whether they chose to or not, the crystals in Silvermoon were constantly pumping demonic energy into their environment. If not for the Scryers showing them the truth, they would have become felblood elves, like the ones in Sunwell Plaetau, not to mention the social differences. However, the other 10% of the survivors remained High Elves, and their numbers have increased since the Third War. Look at the Silver Covenant.

Actually, Yeah, they are the same people.
Go to Wowwiki and look up ‘High elves’
The Highborne are the ancestors are the High elves. After the third war, 90% of the survivors changed their name to ‘Blood Elves’.
My only real criticism is that you didn’t point out that Lan’athel and Thalorien were friends in life, or that she recovered the blade upon his death from his body. The way it comes across in the video is that she’s “just another elf”.
@kylethemerczilla – That was a rude comment, and you have no talent what so ever. I think it looks good to be honest, it beats using the faces Blizzard made they look terrible at close up.
I have it on my 80 lvl warrior – unfortunately it’s not an upgrade for me but I have it in my bank – too cool to not keep it. It’s very nice to know the history and how it got shattered. I had always wondered why and how just a simple battered hilt made such an awesome sword.
@Shakduhn well that was a lordearon general and he was retarded. Have fun being allied with three races that probably killed two generations of the elves.
@Rejectofsociety99
This is true, but you cannot deny that they were once one and the same.
