You should have fought the initial “gold farming” charge, then quit. At least from there, you would have been in a position of a customer in good standing. By allowing them to hang the charge on you, you are a customer who was violating their Terms of Service.
Gold farmers grind for gold and sell it for real world money. Giving you the benefit of a doubt, I will say that in your grinding, you may have gotten reported by someone who mistook you for a farmer based on yourgrinding practices (you may have fit a profile).
You could have fought it and won if that was the case.
As for your lawsuit, they suspended your account, which means that you could have gotten it reactivated (especially if you were innocent of the “gold farming” charge). If YOU decide that the suspension upset you enough to cancel the account (by your own words, you got pissed and demanded that the account be closed) I doubt that they could be held to refund your prepaid balance.
