Im sure you will be able to, albeit really slow at first since you only have dial-up. The servers will be loaded the day it comes out.
That video card is basically top of the line for about two years. It maybe not the fastest card today, but it is still very powerful today. It can run WoW wonderfully.
Umm, lag wise… That’s bad. You have dial up. Change that when you can.
