PCT is more or less the most important feature of auctioneer.
It shows you what percent of the actual market value of an item it is selling for. Higher than 100% is a bad deal (usually) and lower than around 50% is something to consider buying out.
What does PCT on the auctioneer mean?

Why would you get banned for using some implemented in game? Heck, using the auction house to your advantage like this is just using it to a higher level than most people who just buy and sell at whatever the current price is.
